Refund policy
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@mountainlifeapparel.com. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for your return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are at Customer’s charge, Mountain Life does not provide free returns at this time. The return shipping costs are excluded from refunds.

Exchanges
We offer free exchanges within 28 days of your order! If you’d like to exchange your YETIROBE™, please message us at info@mountainlifeapparel.com.
All items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Size or color exchanges are subject to availability.
We’ll guide you through the process and make sure your new item gets to you as quickly as possible.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Taxes & Duties for International Orders
Your country’s customs office may impose additional charges on your shipment: import fees, declaration fees, import duties (tariffs), and/or taxes.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Refund on Payment Method - As soon as the return is processed, customers will receive a refund for the total value of the returned items (shipping/return shipping costs and Customs fees are excluded as stated above). Refunds can be issued exclusively on the payment method used for the purchase. The availability of the refunded amount depend on the bank, usually not longer than 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Please take into account any exchange rate between different currencies, any differences cannot be refunded.

Customers will be responsible for the return package and its content until it reaches our warehouse. Mountain Life will not be responsible for damaged/lost packages shipped from customers' couriers.
